Homework – “Project Gravity”
Compare Sir Isaac Newton’s theory of gravity to our every day
knowledge of gravity.
Investigate who Sir Isaac was and illustrate one of his laws of
gravity using annotated (pictures with labels) diagrams.
Compare gravity with magnetism then display
this information using a Venn diagram.
Invent a story (with elements of truth in it) of a time, related
to gravity, when gravity or lack of it caused you to have an accident.
Explain why this was.
Prepare a PMI that considers the issue of gravity. Issue “Life
without gravity” - what would be
positive, negative and interesting!
Present your project on A2 sized card.
Presentations will be graded on both content and quality.
